Colts' pressure rate, according to Next Gen Stats, is all the way up to 3rd in the NFL at 39.4%, and Indy's 19 sacks is 7th so far.

Where you're feeling the disconnect with the rush is just how much teams are throwing. Indianapolis is only 19th in sacks per pass attempt.
