That's not the kind of thing that just "slips out".

He did not "mispeak".

He's been itching for the day that he could say it and he jumped the gun a few phases early.

I find it a bit concerning how many fantasy stories when I was a kid took place in distant lands filled with forests, vast grasslands, and oceans, and now there are a lot more that are like "It's snowy. Isn't that nuts? It takes place in a world where there's snow!"

With a reckless administration such as this one in power, all it takes is for one AI image or video to look believable enough that confirms their narrative, and they'll use it to strip freedoms and go after their enemies.

Whereas any evidence proving them wrong: "Clearly that's AI!"

Trump "joking" about blaming something on AI is a point i knew we'd arrive at eventually, and frankly, thought would happen sooner.

The push to promote AI has always been about more than saving money by not hiring artists.

It's about controlling reality.

Vance taking over is gonna be like when the bully calls in sick, and one of their toadies tries run the show.

The Vance presidency will be nowhere near as public. Policy will be announced from a heavily fortified location with no allowance for questions.

From go, I kinda figured Trump was just here this time around to be the figurehead to get this regime back in power.

They'd dump him at the two year mark, so if they hadn't consolidated all the power just yet and still had to adhere to the law, Vance could still get two terms plus a bonus 2 years.

But I also know their party is full of snakes and traitors.

While Vance is warming up to take his turn, there may be a movement behind the scenes to put Johnson in charge instead.

I have no evidence or basis for this, other than establishment Republicans might prefer him to Vance and Thiel.
