Not the results I was hoping for, compared to my previous cooker.

Meat is not butter tender like I enjoy, but the flavor is there.

So in other cooking news, I'm going to make some pot roasts with vegetables to celebrate the fall weather.

Before I put it in the slow cooker, I am marinating the roast in Dijon mustard, trust me it's good with it.

So I officially ended my podcast "Back Row Reviews"

My heart just wasn't in it to try and attempt any more episodes.

All the pages and only episode ever made have been deleted

I truly appreciate the people who have been encouraging.

Bean soup is flavorful, but even with an overnight soak and six hours in the slow cooker, some of the beans are undercooked.

Put it back in the cooker for four hours more.

So I had an idea, I had a second bottom oven liner mat and I thought why don't I trim it to fit all three of the trays for my multi cooker.

They aren't perfect, but I saved some money & hopefully I can extend the life of the trays.

My finished loaves of Buttermilk Bread

The left was double proofed, while the right was proofed once.

I kept the right one for myself and I think the bread turned out really good, springy yet firm.
