If a court rules that the administration has acted illegally, the outcome can’t just be “No, that’s illegal.. stop it… go back to work you Fed commissioner/agency head/ Fed governor”
How about Convictions, Fines, debarments etc. for the lawyers who argue such blatantly dishonest arguments in court.
