In honor of the recent episode of Monkey Wrench, I wanted to draw one of my favorite characters: Jawbone! He's got a killer design, cool voice, and funny interactions with other characters. Plus the little details he lays out regarding some of the show's lore really intrigues me to learn more about him.

I made this art piece for the #LOONEYUNE art challenge event on Instagram. And while I didn’t have time to make drawings for all the days of the month, I still wanted to participate for at least one theme. And the theme I chose is Day 16: #thedaytheearthblewup.

This was a great opportunity to make a drawing is based off of my personal favorite scene from the film where the main characters face off against a silly/freaky looking gum monster after discovering the gum has been contaminated with alien goo. I really love the design of the gum monster and the way it was animated, and I had a blast drawing it out for the first time!

I’m happy with how it came out and to share it for the event.

Since it had been announced that Coyote Vs. Acme has gotten a release date after the turbulence and turmoil it's been through by the WBD execs, I've made this art piece for the occasion. I'm really looking forward to seeing what the hype is about when the film finally comes out in 2026 for all to see!

"Artist's Block"

Sorry I haven't posted much art for this month, life is keeping me busy as usual. And I'm currently working on a special art project that I'm hoping to finish by the end of the month.

But to make up for lost time, here's a painting that I made last year during my break, and that I recently displayed at a local art exhibit. It's basically my own visual depiction of what it feels like to go through an art block. I had a nice time working on it and I'm happy that I got to share it for the public to see.
