🍏 Brought back a tiny windfall crabapple from the seaside adventure for to plant up in a recycled cup - adored the acid green pops of colour against the old stones & cold winter sky, so hoping this little apple might just sprout up tree shoots, as after all hope grows green...

🐾 Started our day stood at the sea under a rainbow! Early this year His Tiny Highness, Dave the dachshund, fell ill with IVDD & underwent spinal surgery & lots of physio to walk again - now he's finally reached the beach so it feels like a huge promise of better days to come...

✨ Officially redundant! A last morning with colleagues, then turning in our passes & kit bags - a pocket check of mine revealed Lego, toggle, & kroner - now to trust in the magic of new beginnings, & take the beloved hound off to the sea to start this new chapter with a splash!

This rotten year held a few more tricks aside from a sick dog & redundancy - an unexpected bereavement, & paperwork for the fairy godchild to emigrate suddenly finalised & had to send them off to a new faraway life with family - so please be gentle as online feet are found again!

Tiny note to say signing offline for a week or so - the end date of work redundancy is rushing up & the stress is utterly overwhelming (eye tick & stuttering levels), so just buckling down in basic survival mode to try powering through - catch up to all you lovely folk very soon!

🐾 His Tiny Highness is very much on the mend - lots of snuggling & fussing required obviously, but the silliest sausage is indeed getting back up to snuff one morsel of a snackerette at a time - thank you all so much for the care sent to this beloved little creature!

✨ Hello again, been rather quiet online these last few days as struggling with chronic fatigue - a parting gift from surviving life threatening sepsis - coupled with work stress & Dave the dog being poorly too, it's all been a big bit of a slog, so here again & tired but trying!
