I'm determined to fix my back pain this year. What are y'all's recommendations for standing desks? There are so many listings on Amazon now for cheap, but it's like, is the extra cost for Vari or Updesk justified?

In 2025, I’m excited to really grow into my new Principal Role. I want to find ways to scale and multiply my team and continue to learn new things myself.

We really did this! We work in a very large Javascript monorepo at Microsoft we colloquially call 1JS. Using some new changes to the git client it went from 178GB to 5GB.
