The conspiracy theorists were trying to find a way to pin this on the son-in-law. Ya know…like that non existent basement in the pizza place, or that JFK was going to magically show up a few years ago in Dealey Plaza with His son, and they were going to endorse trump and run as VP🙄

It's not just the number of uninformed or non voting citizens. The US electoral system protects wealthy white landowners. The electoral college and the Senate, with 2 senators per state, are highly effective at suppressing democratic voices. Europe doesn't have such an anachronistic system.

It's not that Europe distrusts our government per se, it's that they don't trust our citizens who vote for our government..

Republican-controlled states passed photo ID laws, and then began closing down DMV offices where people could apply for photo IDs. Now Republicans want to require you to present a passport for voting, while closing libraries that process passport applications. Even a blind man can see that pattern..
