SIMON: I don't think Al can remotely challenge what writers do at a fundamentally creative level.
SHAPIRO: But if you're trying to transition from scene five to scene six, and you're stuck with that transition, you could imagine plugging that portion of the script into an Al and say, give me 10 ideas for how to transition this.
SIMON: I'd rather put a gun in my mouth.

I feel like the thing I always find myself thinking when ppl are talking about "oh the gaming audience is awful" is that, like... i'm not sure i believe that so much as I believe that any unmoderated space will inevitably surface the most toxic people (who drive away more-reasonable ones)

looking up tutorials on Blackmagic Fusion and every built-in feature I come upon is making me realize what a feature-less husk After Effects is.. a software corpse, barely capable of anything on its own, propped up by the hundreds of free and paid 3rd party plugins..
