Hey all,

Seems like there's a new influx of cool people realizing that this is the place to be. I wanted to introduce myself. I'm a Pulitzer Prize winning comic artist and art director. Son of late comic legend, Neal Adams. And I'm actively looking to collaborate.

Here's a recent sketch cover of everyone's favorite X-Man: Gambit. The cover stock was a nightmare to ink on, but I was able to get some nice effects with it. If any one is interested in getting it, let me know. The Batman one I did a while back sold immediately.

Creatively aimless. What to do!?

Sneezes are weird. You can't voluntarily sneeze. So we have this function of our body, largely out of our own control, that decides, when something tickles your nose, you're just going to set off a small explosive up there and eject mucous everywhere.

Alright, my friends, you pioneers of exuberance, you bellwethers of innovation, you cups of warm apple cider with the stick of cinnamon in it, good night and I'll see you in the morning.

Another in the series of pulling old sketches out from the files and giving them another look before finishing them. Black Adam is definitely one of DC's coolest bad guys. And he's so good at what he does; he managed to kill off the previous iteration of the DC movie universe! Kidding! Or am I?

today i decided to draw Silver Surfer instead of Deadman, only because the drawing of Deadman is a closeup of two faces and that felt intimidating to get exactly right... instead I tested out some DAUB brushes suggested to me by @joshadams.bsky.social

Are people digging the time-lapse sketches? I'm thinking of moving on to something more significant, but wondering if I should keep recording the process.

No idea why everyone is talking about Charlie Brown, but it leads me to wanting to share that when I was little everyone called me Charlie Brown because I have dark eyes and a giant head.

Some of you awesome people told me about Noirvember, which I never knew about, and I had to contribute my Noirvember piece featuring none other than Detective Pikachu, the ultimate noir icon and Pokemon icon. If y'all like it, I might do more of these. It was lots of fun.

I can't with some of the stock on these blank covers. It resists ink like its made of plastic. I don't even think ink stays this wet on plastic. It's insane. I could have done ten covers in the time it's taking me to ink one cover with this awful stock.

Sunday is such a tease. It's practically Monday. In fact, I spend most of Sunday thinking about Monday. We need three day weekends.

I need an "iceberg" iceberg to explain why there are so many videos out there in the iceberg format. It never feels very informative and it isn't compelling to watch. Excuse me while I go yell at clouds.
