The University of California’s medical system is a shining example of what makes the UC system so great. The resident physicians and fellows in the UC system should be granted virtual open bargaining so that these doctors are able to advocate for good quality healthcare.

An update from the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office: 14 people were shot and 4 of those people have died after a shooting at a family gathering in Stockton. Ages of victims range from children to adults.
