One of the biggest moments of my career:
USCIS canceled my client’s naturalization oath ceremony. We filed a lawsuit, went to trial, and the judge swore him in right there in the courtroom!

Major immigration changes are coming, new public charge rules, possible processing freezes, and more restrictions. Filing now could protect you from future rule changes, while waiting might close doors.
Are you filing now, or waiting to see what happens?

Live tomorrow at 10 AM PST, we’ll explain the big news: U.S. suspends green cards for 19 countries. Who qualifies and who doesn’t?

Trump announced he plans to halt asylum processing, meaning people could still file, but their cases wouldn’t move.

Trump is hinting at a new immigration crackdown:
✔ Total travel bans
✔ Extreme vetting
✔ 60-day deadlines for “deficient” countries

We don’t know which countries yet — but if you think yours could be affected, don’t travel right now.
More details coming soon.

ICE is arresting people at their marriage green card interviews, fully eligible, no criminal record, just to meet quotas.

Cruel, pointless, and meant to scare people away from their rights.
Don’t let fear stop you from fighting for your green card.

New green-card rule alert ⚠️
If you’ve used food stamps, Medicaid, or similar benefits, even for your U.S. citizen child, your green-card application could be at risk under the latest DHS proposal. It’s not law yet, but the landscape is shifting.

Please stop trying to bring your spouse to the U.S. on a #visitorvisa

It won’t work, and it often creates bigger problems, delays, wasted money, even misrepresentation issues that require waivers.

The safest path is always the proper family-based process from the start.

If you finished your naturalization interview, USCIS has 120 days to decide (it’s in the fine print on the N-652). If they don’t, you can go to federal court and force a decision.
You’re not stuck, you have rights!

A woman came to me after her lawyer told her not to file a lawsuit for her delayed visa and to “just wait.”
She’d already been waiting a year, alone and frustrated.
We filed a Mandamus, and a few months later, she got her visa.
Sometimes, “just wait” is the worst advice...

Many people think that when the consulate keeps your passport, the visa is approved.

Sometimes it is. Sometimes… it means nothing.

I wish this process were clearer for everyone waiting and hoping to reunite with their families 💙

This October brought a wave of victories:
Multiple visas finally issued after 3–6 years of delay
Green cards approved after years of waiting
An asylum granted after nearly six years
Several families finally reunited after long separations

Every win reminds us why persistence and hope matter!

So Trump thinks ICE raids need to go further…
How much more pain do immigrant families have to go through?

Trump says he is committed to ongoing ICE raids: 'They haven't gone far enough'
In an interview with CBS' "60 Minutes," the president said some federal judges have "held back" his agenda, as he seeks to accelerate the pace of deportations.

A big win for our team 🎉

We just got an AOS + I-601 waiver approved for a longtime client who faced years of hardship, including a past visa misrepresentation and a spouse fighting serious illness.

Every approval = one family’s new beginning 💙
