at least i am proposing a proper clarification, through legislation (and the attendant legal principles), or a legitimate constitutional amendment (so that those things the Founding Fathers had not foreseen can be addressed).

the FD was an FCC MOU. it wasn’t legislated.

had it been so, every issue you brought up could have been addressed.

as would an amendment requiring ethics in things presented publicly as fact.
