Emerging genetic evidence suggests that physical activity may help lower the risk of sleep disorders. A new study revealed a significant negative association between physical activity and sleep disorders, indicating a potential protective effect.

The Working Women Walking program used a SMART design to test four supports (Fitbit, texts, personal calls, and group meetings) among 301 low-active employees.

A recent study found that integrating just 15 minutes of structured physical exercise twice a week into PE classes produced significant improvements in fitness and body composition over 12 weeks in adolescents.
