I find it kind of interesting that now that we have an actual tyrannical authoritarian running the government, all of the so called militia groups (Proud Boys, 3 percenters, etc.) are all silent about government abuse. Its almost like they joined ICE and took the bonus.

Yea we aren't the violent party! History has shown it was right wing provocateurs like the Proud Boy, and the Bugalo Boys that started the events in the 2020 protests. Yet they have learned from 1/6 that you won't support them and your pardon power does end within the statute of limitations

Joined by Alito and maybe Gorsuch or Kavanaugh. That said I could see the Liberal side of the court also thinking about this case because of FOSTA, the law that caused Craigslist to get rid of its Personals section.

I miss Craigslist, lol. But I get why the law was passed.

I doubt they take it up. If they did they would have to apply the same legal standard to all dating apps. I would think the Christian conservatives on the court would love that, because dating apps aren't really Christian.

Question for people opposed to Trans people, especially Christians. First was Eve not created from Adams biologically male rib? Meaning Eve was Trans.

Trans is nothing more than Gender Affirming care.

Isn't Viagra gender affirming care?
Isn't any form of cosmetic surgery gender affirming care?

Last I looked most of SCOTUS wanted to gut section 230, it's been a legal issue for a decade.

X and Bluesky are covered by it, but should they be? X is paying people to post, does that not make them an editor subject to the liability laws. To date Bluesky isn't paying posters
