I took this photograph in the back field of our old house in Wicklow, Ireland around 6 years ago. It was very early in the morning - I’ve no idea what I was doing up at that time, I’m glad I was though.

The amazingly talented Skylar Gray, photographed by me before her show in the Brixton Academy London a little while back. Shot on #35mm #blackandwhite #film , we were set up directly behind the stage curtain and could hear the crowd getting louder by the minute in anticipation.

My ( @ the time ) 6 year old daughter was not impressed when I told her who they were.
I even put on “ Daddy cool “. Got nothing.

Earlier this week I had the honour of photographing the wonderful women of the Riverchapel ladies club who just celebrated their 10th anniversary of combating isolation and loneliness amongst older women in their community (see alt text)

Such incredible women with wonderful stories, It's an ongoing project and what l've done so far can be found on my site - Link in bio. Special thanks to the team at Wexford Local Development who are always a pleasure to work alongside. A huge thank you to all club members who took part, and who didn't even bat an eye lid when I turned up with 20 metres of gold tinsel backdrops and a bubble machine.

I photographed Jim Adkin’s from Jimmy Eat World back in 2014 in Dublin just before his show on ( fomapan ) #blackandwhite #film . We got mobbed by his fans on the way back to the venue, very surreal. A cool dude, very kind and gracious with his time.
