David apologies for not replying. People in the uk/Europe are not treated as profit centres.. I can speak from experience 28 years ago when I required emergency spinal surgery. I had paid my fair share of taxes instead of my taxes being funnelled to the wealthy . Do you find that example UNFAIR?
