The #Duterte case at the ICC raises questions about the International Criminal Court's 'legacy jurisdiction'. In this new article, I argue that starting a preliminary examination may be enough but that this interpretation of the treaty brings with it some risks.

I think we all agree the offence will be built around Soto (maybe Lindor/Soto/Pete)- but the issues we have are on defence/pitching. Should we consider swagger and attitude in trades and draft moves? My point is that I don't quite get how Soto's brilliance impacts our strategy re: defence troubles.

What does it mean to build a team around a RF? Genuine question. How does that translate to what happens in the off season. My view is that we just need solid pitching. We've had like 30 quality starts from this group.
