Next time a MAGA complains about "communism" or "Marxism" or goes to a "Save America" or "Let Us Worship" rally remind them that we're a capitalistic democratic republic, America is perfectly safe, they can worship however they choose, and their protest is silly. #NoKings

SOP for officer-involved shootings is administrative leave for the officer and investigations. Body cam footage is often released publicly and the officer is named.

ICE doesn't seem be doing any of this. That's a huge problem that threatens everyone's rights and safety.

The widely-shared image of a child being zip tied was misattributed/fake. That doesn’t mean the eyewitness accounts were fake. Even if the fiction of “all illegals are criminals” was true, what they did to capture 37 people was unacceptable.

I am once again reminding everyone that telling the truth about Trump/MAGA is not "spreading hate." (But don't exaggerate or misquote!!!!)
However, telling lies about immigrants (they are eating pets, subhuman, animals, ALL criminals) IS spreading hate.

Every time there is a shooting or other tragic attack/event you have an opportunity to demonstrate empathy and compassion for victims instead of jumping to conclusions about motive to score political points.

Sadly, it seems like we won't run out of opportunities to do better.

When someone calls Tim Keller a "liberal" they are revealing their definition of liberal has nothing to do with theological positions or political views. To these types, "conservatism" has two qualities:

White Replacement Theory is bad theology. Not just bad politics. If you tolerate (or celebrate) WRT "Christians", that is the same as tolerating Christians who claim a non-Trinitarian Godhead, a non-corporeal Christ, Christ as a created being, or any other abhorrent theology.

If you think calling someone a #fascist is calling for violence, what do you think calling someone demonic is? Or a monster, sub-human animal, vermin?
Accusations of #fascism can be based on their statements and policies. What basis supports these other statements? (Which are hallmarks of fascism!)

Identification of the root causes of a violent act is not necessarily a justification or a defense of that act. Two examples:
1-Pointing out that violent crimes have more to do with systemic poverty than character flaws does not defend criminals
