Well, I can't answer the second question, but a "bull session" is slang for a chat or a discussion.
"How would you make sure everyone in the world was well-fed?"
"[...]I suppose you'd have to think about the prevalent political systems, and the proper cultivation of arable land, and—"
"Yes, yes. But he (Death) would just give everyone a good meal." (Hogfather, Terry Pratchett)
Has Theresa never seen Carrie? Final Impact? Stand By Me? IT? All great Hollywood movies and with the possible exception of a bit character in Carrie, none of the kids really fit that trope.
How is that a hint? Am I missing something from earlier in the book, or does Norman really think this is enough information to qualify as a hint?
Wait, how big are these places? Because there's nothing worse than overcrowded ski slopes. How will the slopes be graded? There'll be far fewer on the red and black advanced slopes than the green and blue beginners'.
A nose boop? (Being nose-booped by the Dovahkiin doesn't happen often, but this could well be the exception!)
Sadly I think that expensive lawsuits might work to turn the tide where common sense fails. I just feel sorry for the poor kids who'll have to suffer.
Of course, the other explanation is that PM Blair WAS there and is simply allowing Theresa to make her point however she chooses.
Anyone watching the royal wedding on TV would be more focused on the royals than scanning the faces specifically to check if the PM was among them, and even if they did and couldn't see the PM, they'd most likely think that the cameras just missed them.
Not at all. The guest lists for royal family events aren't publicized up front, so nobody would know in the first place. Even if they did know, the general public really don't care how the royals treat the PM, and any PM worth their salt would be too smart to make a public issue of it.

Three trains a WEEK?
...
Okay, so here in Japan, I just got a very fresh perspective. Never again will I EVER complain about missing the train to Chiba City and having to wait 20 minutes for the next one.
The last panel in this comic strip probably sums up Norman's thinking here.
It's not something kids study in schools, unless it's Churchill. Even then, that's more through pop culture. The earliest PM I remember in my lifetime was Thatcher (I was born in 1982 for context) and I have no idea who the PM before her was.
The one time I do feel kind of sympathetic for her is after HAL stops the wind and she's expected to fix it. It's about the one time when HAL's actions legit aren't her fault; she didn't ask to be blown up with an A-bomb.
Actually, this could be a case of Accidentally Correct Writing. Being PM doesn't automatically guarantee you an invitation to a royal wedding; the royals invite whoever they like. It gives them a MUCH better chance of an invite than the general public, but no more.
But who in the heck read "Army of Darkness" and came up with "Captain Supermarket" is a mystery for the ages! 😂
Studio Ghibli was MEGA pissed at that and seriously ripped Disney a new one. End result: Disney caved in completely and agreed to Ghibli's terms (NO cuts to be made for US releases, NO 'alternative' scripts unless it's a single word that doesn't have an English equivalent, and NO renaming).
It goes the other way too. Spirited Away's original title translates to The Spiriting Away of Sen and Chihiro; awesome movie!) And Nausicaa was translated intentionally badly by Disney as "Princess Zandra and the Wind Warriors."
Yep! The others, I can see how they got there (Karate Kid -> Best Kid; Frozen -> Anna and the Snow Queen; Encanto -> Mirabel and the House Full of Magic). Also, Thor became Mighty Thor, because the TH sound doesn't exist in Japanese, so there's no difference between Thor and Saw.
Doppler radars track the movement and characteristics of objects that reflect radio waves. Mostly, it's used to track storms and weather, plus associated debris. So if HAL reflects radio waves, then...I guess he might show up? But if he's inside Theresa, that wouldn't work.
She's gorgeous! I've never seen one of these before 😍
1. Where are her parents during all this?
2. "Stranger danger" backfired in a big way with tragic consequences more than once, prompting frantic removal and reworking of the concept throughout the world, but even so, would Theresa be this meekly trusting?
