Or a hearing aid of some kind. He does seem to have trouble hearing or understanding the meaning of words, not sure which, or both.

Google says he dictates most of them and staff types them, except late at night. Does he use speech recognition at all? I question if he knows the word incalculable.

Sausage, white beans, mushrooms, carrots, onions, potatoes, kale, canned chopped tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, smoked paprika, garlic, oregano. Cook for about 45 mins. One pot dinner.
