I have a fixed timestep library for GameMaker with motion tweening that makes things easier (but not necessarily "easy"). I think we need to keep up with the greater variety in screen refresh rate these days.

There was another auction in 2021 based in Europe. Is this the third Kholod or a resale of one of the others? Its paint job appears to be original and includes national flags which I don't think matches the Wiltshire or York Kholods ...

The 2014 Kholod ended up in a garden in Wiltshire. It was repainted by a company specialising in car restoration, apparently. It's very grey. I don't think it's the same one as the York Kholod which is less evenly coloured and probably has its original paint job

oooh found something - apparently there was an auction in the UK in 2015 for a decommissioned Kholod, and another in 2014. Betcha the York Kholod is one of these two

Having a lot of fun with Z-A, but the one thing that’s a bit of a letdown is the side missions. They basically all feel like tutorials. A lot of them are just “fight me so I can show you how a move works” and then the battle starts, I kill them before they use the move, and they’re like “See?”
