Isaacs v Green (www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWH...): Successful claim by an adult child under the I(PFD)A 1975. Unusual in that all three 'children' were in their 70s and no longer capable of work. Potential for more cases like this with an ageing population?

Revocation of wills: Crew v Oakley (www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWH...). Confirms that the test for capacity to revoke a will is the Banks v Goodfellow test. Testator's partial destruction of the will was duly completed by her solicitor, in the Testator's presence and at her direction.

I’ve had a go at creating a private law starter pack, since public law and international law already got a head start on us (and we are nothing if not competitive).

Please spread the word, and comment below if you’d like to be added! 👇
