Super informative background reading on Russian planning for a nuclear conflict with China.
Leaked Russian documents described plans for a nuclear conflict with China. While that may seem odd given current Sino-Russian relations, John Stanko and I argue in WOTR that it's consisted with Russian threat perception and Russian strategic thought.
