Living in the diaspora is hard... ESPECIALLY when you remember you used to see your loved ones on a DAILY basis and now you’re lucky if it’s once every few years 💔

I stopped running in 7th grade when one of my friends told me I “ran weird” 😬 Today was physically challenging but keeping the feeling of embarrassment at bay was definitely more difficult. 2025 is the year of pushing past insecurity and limits!
