Today is 8 years since I last spawned a human. We're celebrating him, but I always stop and think about how I never have to go through another c-section again(been through 3). All these years have passed, and the incision still sends a lightning bolt of pain right through me every once in awhile.

I gave myself a week free of the news cycle, as soon as I tried to catch up so I can stay informed I went right back to clenching my jaw so hard that my face hurts.

I hate this timeline.
