I've had a love/hate (mostly hate) relationship with the word muse.
For years I refused to even use the word, but have found moments for its use here and there over the years.
I'm curious what other artists and photographers think about the word?

Photographers, please listen to me carefully. If you're trying to book a shoot with a model, they're allowed to ask as many questions as they need in order to feel safe and provide consent.
You are literally asking for access to their bodies and face. Stop being angry they ask safety questions.

I think what I've come to love about Bluesky, is being able to share images outlawed elsewhere.
This was such a fun shoot with Jade. An X-Men sexy boudoir photoshoot! But, until now, I've not been able to share a single image from that shoot. #photography

Trying to decide if I want to drive to Tampa this weekend for three different photoshoot opportunities.
They'd be my first photoshoots of the year, and there is a part of me that really wants to be creative.
There is also another part of me that doesn't want to drive all those hours.

So my wife and I are planning to attend Garden Lights at The Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and their website is absolutely atrocious.
The issues in their online ticket purchasing workflow is so horrible, that when I called, the employee I spoke with was just as frustrated as I was.

I ran out of milk yesterday, and didn't go to the store to replace it. As a consequence of that decision, I couldn't make my usual morning latte.

Just finished watching The Old Guard 2.
It was good, but, the cliffhanger ending, with no 3rd movie yet announced is, problematic.

Power has been restored, but collectively, Leslie and I decided to order Indian Food with Naan.
Not having power for several hours is a good excuse to order food.

I'm having my homes fuse box replaced.
As a consequence of that decision the vendor had to turn the power off to my home while he works.
So, for now, we're living by candle light in our home and actually using my candleabra.
