Gotta love Brown County! Someone is now in trouble for trespassing. I can't stop laughing at this point. That patrol officer #923 was pretty awesome. 3/3

The deputy was very nice, he took photos of my trees, my shity nosey neighbor came down to join in. It is clearly a misdemeanor trespassing $5000,00 fine issue since one tree was marked with signage. I NEVER expected three squads at this time to show up. They must be bored. Me: 3 margaritas in! 2/2

I called the sheriff's department as a NON emergency because it is a trespassing misdemeanor to come on my property. Three patrol cars came up here. OMG... Here I am in my nightgown. Whoever marked these trees are now in deep shit! I did not expect these deputies in three cars to come tonight! 1/2

So WTF??? I came home prior to mowing to find three trees marked for removal, two dead.. one alive. Who the fuck is marking MY trees to be removed. This is getting crazy. The shagbark hickory is totally alive. I'm removing those tags. Fuck this person. How dare them to trespass and mark MY TREES.

It was not my neighbor... stay tuned. OMG. I looked up trespassing laws in Indiana.. a $5,000.00 misdemeanor, so I called the sheriff's department as a NON emergency and ten minutes later three squad cars show up. Lol. A very nice deputy knocks on my door... me in my nightgown, 3 margaritas down.

Since it was a trespassing violation, I did call the sheriff department. They will get back to me. I hate being a shit...but this is just wrong!! It's a misdemeanor $5,000.00 fine for trespass and one tree that was marked had a sign posted...No Trespassing.

I just do not understand this? 17 years living in peace and now one huge oak tree was already cut down without notification and now three marked for removal including a live shagbark bark hickory. I guess I'll have to stay home and protect my property now. This is wrong!!!

I think if I'm home, I'll catch the person who marked my trees. I just don't understand how someone can come on private property and mark trees for removal. It is NOT Duke Energy, as they contact you. My son told me to remove the markers, which I will do. I'll call the conservation department. TY.

My son sent me this sour dough baking kit... now I must make the "starter" which takes 14 days prior to actually baking. I now need whole wheat flour to begin the process. This seems like a science project going wrong! Oh vey!!!
