Optimus uses the PACE model of all inclusive care developed by Medicare. It does work, but the lowered costs are supposed to flow back to the taxpayer, not let the insurance company bill what they would have if they had to deliver more critical and expensive care.

My understanding was that they had to cut production way back due to the fire in the aluminum plant in upstate NY and now Farley is trying to replace that loss of production. Point taken though that the demand for the trucks is there: fordauthority.com/2025/10/ford...
