This was my idea, but you can interpret the drawing however you want, I'd love to read your interpretation <3 Side problems/topics:
Dream hugging his past self - dealing with this problem from the childhood
Baby Dream is crying but the older one is not - kids are highly more sensitive, older people can deal with it, they can hold their emotions in themself (but this doesn't mean that they don't cry)
Dream is slowly drowning in the water - his emotions are slowly consume him/destroing him, ignoring your own well-being, the water can also represents his tears
