shep: What do you mean she left?
moony: "i dont know! she has been weird for awhile. anyway, can i have another-"
shep: "no."
P2: Shepherd walks outside and sighs.
shep: "ena?"
[ena breathes sharply, startled]
P3: Shepherd turns to Ena who is sitting behind a low wall. her face is stil dusty blue, and roots growing fron her head, body locked up by a central thick branch.
[crack sound, from her neck turning and snapping the branch]
ena: :i cannot- dance for you- right now..."
shep: "just wanted to know where you went-"
ena: "leave me-!"
P4: Shepherd leans forward and looks disgusted. the panel reveals that nerve roots have grown even from Ena's chest. it looks painful and gross to Shepherd. Ena is straining to speak, and taking heaving breaths between words.
shep: "no i wont- eugh!!"

shep: huh. well- you'll be fine."

shep: "not true! [whisper] maybe. you arent in danger and nothing warrents this"

shep: "its just a feeling. forgive it for being wrong. it will go away"
ena: [whispering, almost to herself, in a daze] "get away..."
P7: Shepherd moves to the front of Ena, smiling, while Ena looks up at her.

Panel 23: Shepherd returns, standing behind Ena. ena's dusty blue enxiety color has rolled back to her cheek, revealing a new cream color. Meanie Ena has formed permantly for the very first time. she holds the hourglass dog close as it licks her face, and she smiles while playfully making fun of the dog.
meanie ena: "you're so fucking ugly [three broken heart emojis]"
dog: "yes!"
Panel 24: Shepherd leans in on her crook to investigate. her eyes cutely go wide, realizing ena's new change.
shep: "whoa."
