Starting to really not like my job. Don’t get me wrong, I love the hard work and learning all the machines and stuff, but it feels like there is no growth here.
Someone who has been here 10+ years is only making a dollar more than me, and I’m at new hire wage. Makes me wonder why I’m trying here.

Mine is a Harengon monk, way of the drunken fist. He’s a younger character who naïve to the ways of the world outside the far wild. Growing up he was taught by a halfling monk how to fight, and the old man told him greatly exaggerated stories. Now he’s on his own adventure!
