They are from Lego Ninjago! It was a TV series and also had it's own Lego toy sets. There was tribes of snakes in some of the seasons (for example Season 1) and I really liked them!

These were all big parts of my childhood (along with some others) which I think might of sparked my interest, haha! I remember always wanting to be a dragon and roleplaying in-game with myself while playing Spyro when I was a kid lmao
