Not much on the programming side, but I managed to create a bunch of new designs for balls. Not all of them will make it to launch, but it's fun experimenting.
When I level design, I only have a vague plan in mind for how I want to set it up. It often lets me have weird bursts of creativity that causes me to rehaul my ideas into entirely different directions.
