I've gained everything back, food noise is constant, and I feel out of control and embarrassed. I'm already very overweight as is, and with my mental health, I've not been able to exercise consistently or keep to a meal plan. I'm so tired. But I rely on this medicine.

I'm feeling SO defeated lately. I struggle with binge eating in general, but in the last year I've managed to lose around 12 kg ... but now, due to a mental health crisis in April, I've had to start on anti-psychotic medicine and it's all just gotten so much worse again..
