Now that it’s #movember in Canada we will begin to see quite a lot of facial hair on usually clean shaven men. Sometimes offering a smile, some eye contact and a pat of the back is just as good as a heartfelt chat. Small acts of kindness can go a long way to ease tension and be really meaningful.
