I think this really depends on if compute demand is really that high and drives these deals via revenue. Otherwise this is like the ‘23 mini SaaS crash where lack of funding killed demand for companies that mostly sold to VC SaaS

Yes it does. It depresses turnout and kills the organizing functions for opposition parties since fundraising and building campaigns/candidates becomes pointless when you have one 70/30 district and the others are 60:40 the other way.
