So, I'm not going to produce a watercolor to put in this anytime soon, so I painted some fabric and then embroidered on it instead. So, here's a happy little pond with flowers and bull rushes and a sky that meets the water.

So.... I dyed a table top today 😁 much fun was had. Used alcohol ink and fabric dye diluted with alcohol and a brush. Wheee!

K. So I did my practice. It's meh. But it's the first one, so they will improve. I inform the universe thusly! It took 1/2 a cup of coffee long, so quick, used shiny paints cos why not? Was thinking mostly of the brush strokes. Another tomorrow 🤨

Done 😊 here is my suggestion of the daruma in #Spiritedaway train station. I used washes of iron oxide paint and a deep purple to push the shadows in. 7 washes at least. Daruma welcomes you to enter the tunnel and adventure!
