The asinine move to force seniors to use Twitler for Social Security communications, has finally got me on Bluesky. Which I’d been thinking about, just needed that last push. So thanks Mush, your genius idea had the opposite effect!

The following is REAL footage from Portland, 2025. Viewer discretion is advised.

Like we can’t see the moronic orange 💩 is provoking civil unrest there and Chicago. I lived near Portland for two years, enjoyed the city.

It’s heartening to see Chicago folks doing this, and Portland OR protesters mocking ICE in frog and unicorn costumes, ukulele bands, senior pajama parties.

Hi, I’m trying to decide between using a pic of Abner sleeping on his back, or the one that shows his face. Do you have a preferenc?

Rosco is the second of three dog “models” for #relax #blueskyartshow. Done in pen-and-ink in observance of #inktober. Next will be Abner...

Seems like a lot of people have been guided to stare at the wrong part of the picture, like the spotlight got moved to the wrong 1%.

Trump hates to be the object of humor. He understands that humor can be a more powerful antidote to tyranny than any other form of criticism.

I'm sure he'd hate it if you shared this cartoon. [Cartoon by Jon Adams/The New Yorker]

Glad you like it, thanks for the pic to work from. Let me know your address and I’ll send the drawing. [email protected]

Dogs know how to #Relax. Gus in pen-and-ink (also will be drawing Rosco and Abner in ink for #Inktober). #BlueSkyArtShow

I’ll probably do other ”casting calls” in future, whenever the week’s art theme presents a way to draw a dog. So stay tuned😊

Okay *THANKS* for the pics already sent! Sorry but no more please. That’s plenty since I’m doing a ”light” version of Inktober this year. Between caregiving for my 90 year old mom, and this morning one of my old dogs is ailing and at the vet now. So no way can I manage 31 drawings.

I’ve done Inktober most years since 2017. Always ran into November to finish (because life happens) no big deal. I often liked to draw my own dogs from life and now treasure having them in my sketchbooks years after they’re gone.

Anyone have a good pic of their dog in a relaxed pose I can use for a “model”? It’s for the theme ”Relax” in this week’s #blueskyartshow. Yawning, stretching, or snoozing would work. I’ll do a small pen-and-ink in observance of Inktober.

He also loves the sound of his own voice (the moronic drone is like nails on a chalkboard to me).

While I’m gleefully having a good laugh at how brown bicycle guy escaped, I can imagine only too well how ugly the scene would turn if the goons had caught him.
