We are facing a perilous moment.
Trump and the GOP want us to be overwhelmed and to give up, but I refuse to give in to their fear tactics.

There is so much diversity within Indian Country that it is hard to make broad sweeping claims about our community. Despite our diversity, I think one thing that we all have in common is a shared history of resiliency.

Justice Alito issued a stay on the lower court’s order about the Texas 2025 Maps.
What does this mean? In the interim, candidates file under the 2025 maps while the entire Supreme Court rules on the constitutionality of the maps.
This is a 14th Amendment and 15th Amendment case not a VRA case.
