And I watercolored, which also takes hand control to use the brushes. So overall GO ME for being patient (not one of my fortes) and learning to be kind to my hands for life long art and creating.

Plus 20 minutes of clarinet practice. I now only practice as much as I need to. Not trying to kill myself learning music for applied lessons, 6 ensembles, favors for co poser friends, and paying gigs.

Here’s a small win: 13ish years ago I went from rehearsing and practicing 8-10 hours a day, to career ending, SUPER PAINFUL carpal tunnel, so 8 years of rest, to today continuously sawing metal for 15 minutes.

I just finished teaching and two things not good: 1) I somehow managed to loose - while teaching - my lavender thumb rest. No where to be seen. 2) my circuit breaker - which had a circuit replaced yesterday - is making crackling noises. I’m just gonna stay in my day clothes incase I have to evacuate
