Eleven years ago we lost #RobinWilliams. I too was in the deepest of depressions back then. This day & this news yanked me out of the black hole and I sought help. For anyone struggling, I see you, I hear you, I feel you, and I promise life gets better. Stay, stay, stay. 🙏💕

After 14 days, our team summited Denali—the highest point in North America @ 20,310ft—on 6/19 at 8:40p, in the land of the midnight sun. Many happy tears. Many sore muscles. Many more stories to come. The 9 members of our All-Women’s Expedition are amazing. What a journey. 🎉🏔️❤️

After 14 days, our team summited Denali—the highest point in North America @ 20,310ft—on 6/19 at 8:40p, in the land of the midnight sun. Many happy tears. Many sore muscles. Many more stories to come. The 9 members of our All-Women’s Expedition are amazing. What a journey. 🎉🏔️❤️

Had the most amazing trip to beautiful #Nevis with my @colgateuniv rowing teammates. Part reunion, part birthday for the 5 of us turning 50 in 2025. Rowers are a strange bunch. Our version of partying is entering a 2.5mi swim event & hiking a volcano. Love this sisterhood so much.

After 20 years of cycling up the paved road on Mt. Lemmon, how fun it was to stand at the Cookie Cabin with hiking poles!
#Denali training did not disappoint this week. Big hike up the back trails of Mt. Lemmon, 17.7 mi with 6K ft elevation gain in 8hr.

Got a call from #Garmin about needing a female cyclist in Tucson for a photo shoot. Told them we’ve got a houseful of beautiful 20-29yr old pro cyclists at #HomestretchFdn. They said they need a 40-55yr woman & hired my 49yr old self. Woot! Garmin & middle-age women for the win. Very cool. 💪👊🚴🏻♀️
