I think it's a load of crap. She was arrested for being black. Telling people what groceries they can buy is bulls*×#. I understand not buying tobacco and alcohol, but baking supplies? Maybe she was selling them so she could actually afford to buy food. The monthly benefit isn't enough, I'm sure....
