really tired of talking in a room and it’s so obvious no one is listening to me. having to constantly ask “did you hear me” “are you listening to me” is so demoralizing. i feel like background noise all the time. just a part of the scenery.

i tried making caramel again and it went wrong AGAIN!!!!! straight into the trash!!!! (i think i burned it slightly bc it tasted bitter) (also it seized when i added the heavy cream and was never completely smooth even after i reheated it)
