For me small or flat is sexualized. Because I like that far more than huge. Huge boobs do not appeal to me tbh.
Big boobs are “nonsexual” in my own mind lol. Medium range can appeal to me a lot, but going to most hentai stuff is off-putting personally.
So the “desexualize” thing makes no sense to me
