Update. The knob was broken the following night. They also removed the women's sign from the door and made a mess again. I sent a long email to HR, including a photo of the poop-smeared toilet.
I get into work today and the supervisor claims no keyed locks allowed on the door. AND...

And yet STILL the men go in there and blow the toilet up, and never clean up instead of messing up their own multiple-stall bathroom.
Today, I replaced the no-key locking doorknob with a locking one, and gave 1 key to each woman.
I can't wait to see the meltdowns.

We regularly come in to literal poop and pee on the women's 1 toilet when no women were working.
