a proper sim racer setup would go so hard ngl ...... or atleast a sequential shifter and a handbrake.... alas, i am broke 😔😔😔

Plus, the wheel is a pain in the ass to setup, where as the controller i can just grab and go pretty much, so idk i might just stay controller only,,,,

I tried playing dirt rally with a wheel and it turns out my wheel SUCKS .... paddle shifters w/ no handbrake plus the force feedback felt like i was gonna break my desk oough,,,,, i ended up binding the handbrake to the clutch pedal and it kinda worked lmaooo

also, just for fun i tried the rally races in V8 supercars 3 and its like driving boat lmaooo and theres only 3 stages, but its also much older than dirt rally 2 and not a dedicated rally game

Dirt rally 2 is hella fun, im really loving the immersiveness of it! its kicking my ass tho ngl my first career event i finished 10th overall and 4 of the 6 stages i finished in the 20s, but the two other i finished 1st lmaoo
