That could help, honestly some classes/lectures/presentations are just kinda demotivating generally, its pushing towards hustle culture in a way. As long as you learn at a pace you want it shouldnt be so bad, sometimes its best to ignore the "advice" they give for your mental sake.

Everyone knows learning at a healthy rate and not pushing yourself to ridiculous standards and actually enjoying the process is terrible and wasteful....
