Day 21 Favorite #filmnoir made outside the US. I'll admit that I haven't seen very many; however, I do want to see more foreign films. I enjoy #TheThirdMan, #NuncaAbrasEsaPuerta, and #PurpleNoon (if that counts as maybe a neo-noir?). #Noirvember #NoirvemberChallenge
