Waiting for this to hit the headlines. Huge, huge news. Going to be fireworks at Senate conf hearing tomorrow, and then, if there is a just god or goddess (and if Democrats can summon one single spine or gut or ball amongst them all), a congressional investigation.

Crazy that Justice Barrett makes the claim that trans people have not "been subject to a longstanding pattern of discrimination in the law" in *support* of her opinion that upholds a law discriminating against trans kids.
